31 Days of Hindsight: Day 4

As I continue this rearview mirror dance, I see February 2016 kicked off with my daughter, Virginia’s, 17 birthday and ,of course, Valentine’s day.  I know we always treasure our children, but I tend to get a little extra sentimental on the day of their birth.  Remembering their arrival into my world, makes me want to up my PARENTAL PROTECTION PLAN, as they walk out their God-given destinies in their present and future world.

The best way I know to do that is to hit my knees.  Prayer is my PARENTAL PROTECTION PLAN and I am so thankful for the memorial stones I have left for myself, and my children one day, through the written prayers and posts tagging HEAVEN on their behalf!

Upon reading my journaling words, I noticed God impressing upon my heart (more than usual, because I have always prayed for the future spouses of my children) to storm heaven for my future daughter-in-laws and son-in-law.

Check out the post below for my heart overflow for my children’s future spouses, those who will write the future with my babies!

(Week 7) Happy Valentine’s Day To Those Who Will One Day Hold My Children’s Hearts Forever

I am keeping this post short in hopes that you will go back and read the Week 7 post above.

31 Days of Hindsight: Day 4

If you are a parent, how has God been nudging you to pray for your children lately and in hindsight, how did HE prick your heart this past year to circle your sons and daughters in specific areas of their past, present, and future?

**If you are not a parent, insert the names of friends and family for the questions above.

Take the time in the near future to write a letter to the spouses of your children, or to those God will bring into the lives of your loved ones.  Pen your prayers and prepare to see God move, doing what only HE can do.

Documenting our heart cries leaves a historical record of our HIStory with Christ.  God is good and always answers our prayers; although, HE doesn’t always answer them the way we believe is best.

HE does, however, answer with HIS best and that always trumps ours!

For that, among many things, I am ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!
